Appraisal Fee Agreement

YOU ARE AGREEING TO FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Appraisal services must be fully paid and cannot be refunded for any reason.
- The Appraisal Service Agreement and Cardholder Authorization* will be completed and signed by the borrower and/or the cardholder for each appraisal service ordered.
- The completed and signed Appraisal Service Agreement and Cardholder Authorization will be kept with the loan file or in another secure place.
- If requested by AMC Links, the completed and signed Appraisal Service Agreement and Cardholder Authorization will be promptly forwarded by fax or email as directed by AMC Links.
- If the completed and signed Appraisal Service Agreement and Cardholder Authorization cannot be provided to AMC Links when requested, you will be liable for any and all unpaid appraisal fees associated with services performed for the borrower and/or cardholder.
*The Appraisal Service Agreement and Cardholder Authorization is an important document that helps protect against borrower and/or cardholder disputes and chargebacks when using credit or debit cards for payment of appraisal services. This form will be requested from you in the event of a dispute of appraisal fees by your borrower and/or cardholder.

I have read and I agree to all the terms and conditions of the Appraisal Fee Agreement. And if I cannot provide the completed and signed Appraisal Service Agreement and Cardholder Authorization upon request I will be liable for any unpaid appraisal fees.
